Pharmacies in Jersey are closed on Christmas day

Islanders in Jersey needing prescription drugs on Christmas Day will have to contact the GP out-of-hours service.
No pharmacies will be open on Sunday in Jersey.
The on-call GPs will have packs of antibiotics and painkillers already made up and the hospital pharmacy can provide a service if needed.
All pharmacies are open on Christmas Eve with the Roseville Street chemist closing the latest, at 21:30 GMT.
Just three pharmacies will open on Boxing Day, the Roseville Pharmacy and the main Boots store in Queen's Street and the Boots in St Peter.
The GP out-of-hours service provides clinic appointments, home visits and telephone advice to patients outside normal practice hours.
