Jersey Post's 2024 customer survey will be delivered to households across the island from Monday.

The survey will ask islanders six questions, including their opinions on how Jersey Post can improve its service.

There will also be an opportunity to mention a postal worker who deserves extra praise, Jersey Post bosses said.

Islanders will be given a prepaid envelope to return the survey, or it can be filled out online, external.

Julie Thomas, managing director, postal and logistics, at Jersey Post welcomed the chance to listen to feedback.

"Our focus this year is to understand islanders' needs and to deliver for our community, always ensuring we're offering value for money and the best possible service," she said.

"This is your opportunity to help us shape our priorities, so we know what is most important for your postal service."

The results from the 2024 survey will be published later in the year on the Jersey Post website, external and will also be published in the annual report.
