Artists sought for Jersey marina mural project

The arches at Jersey's Elizabeth Marina are to become the canvas for a unique collection of murals.
Six murals with the theme "Water, water, everywhere" will be spread across numerous arches for the Art in the Arches project.
The project is being directed by ArtHouse Jersey, which is now inviting mural artists to take part.
Organisers hope the designs will create a display of thought-provoking art for islanders to enjoy for years to come.
The project - sponsored by Jersey Water - aims to reflect people's relationship with water from the past, to the present and the future.
Work on the murals is expected to start in the summer.
Director of ArtHouse Jersey, Tom Dingle, said: "We've long considered the configuration of Elizabeth Marina to have great potential for artistic expression.
"It's our hope the art breathes new life into this area and shines a fresh and vibrant light on a walkway already loved by islanders."
Artists who are interested in taking part are asked to visit the ArtHouse Jersey website, external to learn about what is involved and how to apply.
