Experts say there is 'no doubt' Zika causes birth defects

Health officials in the United States have confirmed that the Zika virus in pregnant women causes babies to be born with unusually small heads and severe brain abnormalities.

There has been months of debate and uncertainty on the issue since Zika was connected to a surge of birth defects in Brazil.
