Fire 'racist' strategist Bannon, Sanders tells Trump

Bernie Sanders has branded Donald Trump's newly-appointed chief strategist a "racist" and demanded that the president-elect fires him before he takes office.

The Vermont senator said it was unacceptable that Stephen Bannon, the driving force behind the right-wing Breitbart News website, would be at the side of a US president.
