Biden: End of Texas mask mandate is 'Neanderthal thinking'

During a White House press conference, President Biden told reporters that the US is "on the cusp of being able to fundamentally change the nature of this disease" because of the Covid vaccine rollout across the country, but warned that "Neanderthal thinking" in states like Texas, who have removed their mask mandate, is the "last thing we need".
