Indianapolis shooting: Police plead for support amid 'high emotions'

Police in the US city of Indianapolis have pleaded for patience and understanding as they try to investigate the deadly shooting at a FedEx facility.

"Emotions are running very high," police spokeswoman Genae Cook told reporters.

She said there were many "moving parts" police were trying to put together regarding the incident.
