War in Ukraine: US does not seek regime change in Russia - Blinken

The US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, has told the BBC that the US does not seek regime change in Russia.

Speaking to James Landale, Mr Blinken said "the Russian people need to decide their leadership".
