US midterms: Time for Republicans to decide 'who they are' - Biden

US President Joe Biden has been speaking to the media in Phnom Penh after the Democrats retained control of the Senate after a key Nevada victory.

He has said he's incredibly pleased with his party's US midterm results. Asked if he believes the Democrats can still win the House of Representatives, he said it will be "perilously close".
