Plane makes emergency landing on Virginia motorway

A small private plane made an emergency landing on the Loudoun County Parkway in Virginia shortly after take off from Dulles International Airport. Seven people were on board the flight headed to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. No injuries have been reported.
