Father welcomes 2-year-old son after Haiti evacuation

Philippe Armand thanked Florida Governor Ron DeSantis after waiting for two weeks to see his son who was in Haiti. US and Florida officials have chartered helicopters and flights from the besieged Haitian capital to bring Americans to safety. As of Wednesday afternoon, the Florida Division of Emergency Management said 554 people had reached out asking to be evacuated.
