How to score a 'rabona' goal in five easy steps
- Published
Here is your easy guide to recreating the "rabona" wonder goal scored by Tottenham Hotspur's Erik Lamela. It's easy, honest.
The "rabona", named after a dance move, is a way of scoring when the kicking leg is wrapped around the standing leg; it's effectively a move with the legs crossed.
Erik's goal is being described as the "greatest goal ever scored".
Newsbeat Sport Reporter Simon Mundie has come up with how to score a rabona at home in five easy steps.
Step 1: Approach the ball normally but as if you were going to kick it with your wrong foot
Step 2: If right-footed plant your left foot to the right of the ball
Step 3: Wrap your right foot round the back of your left leg and kick the ball
Step 4: Stay stationary on your left foot while your legs untangle and the ball flies into the goal
Step 5: Run towards your adoring fans with your hands aloft in celebration
