Ed Sheeran says he will "hound" the producers of Game of Thrones so that he can appear in the next series.
The singer's in talks to have a role in the fantasy show after missing out on being an extra three years ago.
Being a big Game of Thrones fan he was upset at having to turn down an earlier opportunity because of his touring commitments.
But this year the singer is free: "I've got that time off this year, I'm going to hound them," he told the Sun, external.

Game of Thrones season five started earlier this week

The Ed Sheeran episode of Sesame Street aired earlier this month
"There were talks ages ago of me being an extra, which could have been cool. But every time they shoot it's the time I tour the UK."
Earlier this month, an episode of Sesame Street featuring Ed as a performing guest was finally shown, after filming took place over a year ago.
The 24-year-old also made an appearance in Home and Away as he was in Australia on tour earlier this year.
Sheeran is currently at number five in the Official Singles chart.
