Game of Thrones trailer: 10 things you need to know
- Published
If you're a Game of Thrones fan, you've probably been watching the new series six trailer over and over, because it's packed with hints.
Most of you don't have the time to spend your whole life playing detective with the video though.
But fear not - we've rounded up the 10 biggest revelations, including another clue about Jon Snow (yes, really).
Here's a ***SPOILER ALERT*** warning in advance, obviously. You have been warned!
Jon Snow is 'gone'
The video opens to one of the Night's Watch saying "he's gone" while we zoom out over Jon Snow's body.
Which must mean the "Is he? Or isn't he?" debate has been answered once and for all.
Then again, we thought that when Emilia Clarke winked, and Kit Harington said too much. When will it end?
Jaime and Cersei Lannister are out for revenge
Jaime says: "Everything they've taken from us, we're going to take back."
Then we see Cersei's face - and sadly, her hair hasn't grown back since it was cut off by the Sparrows.
But she tells her cousin Lancel, who joined the sparrows, "I choose violence" and is joined by that giant of the King's Guard, so we think she'll be just fine.
PS Jaime and Cersei share a romantic moment in the trailer - so that's still happening.
Davos wants to get his own back too
Davos Seaworth, who is Stannis Baratheon's loyal supporter, tells Jon's brothers of the Night's Watch: "I've never been much of a fighter, so apologies for what you're about to see."
Then he pulls out Jon's sword and we're shown another view of his dead body next to his wolf. Weep.
The Mother of Dragons looks worse for wear
Daenerys Targaryen is bedraggled to say the least, and seems to have lost her dragons again.
She's wandering around through a crowd somewhere dusty, but stops to notice a big old statue of a horse. Could she be back with the Dothraki?
It'll probably be Jorah to the rescue (again)
Ah Jorah. Over the past few series you've made a spectacular segway from spying on Daenerys to professing your love for her, getting rejected and then getting greyscale.
Somehow, you're still trying to help her out though - even if, at this point, it's just clutching the ring she dropped in series five in your bandaged hand and looking thoughtful as you stare into the distance.
Bran is back - and he can walk
Bran Stark's all grown up and in the video he can stand, so we assume he can walk too.
But in a serious OMG twist, he's joined by the Night's King - that creepy White Walker dude.
Melisandre has a confession
"The great victory I saw in the flames - all of it was a lie."
You'd think she wouldn't lie about something so important, given that she made Stannis Baratheon burn his daughter Shireen to death as a sacrifice to R'hllor, the Lord of Light.
Never mind.
Who is THIS guy?
And why is he fighting in armour with the House Targaryen crest?
This definitely raises more questions than answers.
Although there's a whole lot of fighting in this video, so we assume he plays a reasonably big part in that.
Oh hey, Iron Islands
Flags with swirly krakens on them can only mean one thing - it's the Iron Islands and House Greyjoy.
Interesting spot - it looks like the crowd is gathered round someone with long, very light hair. Make of that what you will.
Arya is still blind
And she's still dressed in her Faceless Men clothes, in case you were wondering if (or why) she's still hanging around them.
She also gets hit about in the trailer, so we're guessing things don't get a lot better for her this series.
