Lindsay Lohan can sue Rockstar Games over GTA picture she claims looks like her

Lindsay Lohan believes this character, in Grand Theft Auto V, looks like her.
Now it seems a judge in New York has given permission for her to continue with legal action, external over claims the image is in violation of civil rights laws.
Take-Two Interactive, the group which owns Rockstar Games, say the star's claim is "legally meritless" and says it believes she has filed the American lawsuit for publicity.
Lohan thinks "Lacey Jonas" is based on her and that she should be paid.
Lohan also says her image has been used on merchandise such as T-shirts and coffee mugs.
She claims Rockstar Games "used a lookalike model to evoke the persona and image" of her.
Her legal team suggests that Rockstar Games used a photograph taken of Lindsay Lohan in 2007.
Take-Two responded to the lawsuit saying it "lacks any good faith basis and can only have been filed for publicity purposes".
The judge in New York also rejected Take-Two's argument that the actress had brought her claim too late.
Grand Theft Auto V was released in 2013 and made almost £500m in global first day sales.
After a series of high-profile court cases, jail time and rehab, Lindsay Lohan now lives in London.
She has spent much of the past 18 months working in theatre.
In October 2014 she made her London West End debut in a show called Speed-the-Plow.
Lindsay Lohan doesn't have a strong track record when it comes to court cases.
She once tried to take on rapper Pitbull over a rap lyric he wrote about her.
In it Pitbull said: "I've got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
It didn't work. The judge called the lyric freedom of expression.
