Pictures: Look inside a real life Hobbit house!

This eco-friendly home was built out of lots of natural materials to create a house which looks like it's sprung straight from the pages of JRR Tolkien's Lord of the Rings books.

The home in Wales took just four months to build and only cost £3,000.

"In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit…" And that's how this project started. The owner of the piece of land had wanted someone to take care of it and liked the idea of this eco-friendly home.

Cosmo, seven, and Elsie, six, had to spend three months camping out in a tent with no toilets or electricity while their parents Simon and Jasmine built the home with the help of some family friends.

When camping the only light they had was from candles. But now they have this cosy home to keep warm in!
