Little Mix speak out against air brushing

Little Mix often have pictures air brushed, or changed, in magazines to make their hair shinier or skin clearer. Ricky has chatted to them to see what they think about it.

According to Jessie: "Everyone you see on the front cover of a magazine has been air brushed, no one looks like that in real life."

The girls think it's important that kids know this happens.

Plans for special lessons to educate young people about the importance of a healthy body image have been announced by MPs today.
