The replica was created by a Japanese jeweller to celebrate the Barcelona and Argentina star's achievements, and is worth about £3.5million!
Messi told reporters: "I'm honoured to have my foot recreated in pure gold."
Also on sale will be a golden footprint for £63,000, and a mini golden foot for £28,000.
They'll go on sale on Thursday, with some of the money raised going to charity.
