Nick Grimshaw has completed his cycling challenge in aid of Sport Relief.
The BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show presenter covered 1,000 miles over 12 hours on a stationary bike.
Grimmy presented his entire show from the bike, pedalling his way through the morning programme.
He was joined by a variety of stars throughout the day, with Victoria Pendleton, Amir Khan, Ben Cohen and Professor Green all taking to the bikes to help the DJ.
The challenge is part of BBC Radio Around the World for Sport Relief, in which the whole of BBC Radio is attempting to run, swim and cycle 25,000 miles - the distance of one lap around the world.
