Do you ever worry about how you look? Well if you do, you're not alone.

Newsround has made a special programme about what kids think about their body image.

In 'Being Me ' a Newsround Special, Millie from 'Millie Inbetween' becomes a Newsround reporter. She asks why our appearance is such a big deal for so many of us.
