Pictures: Dogs dress up for carnival in Rio, Brazil

The yearly Rio Carnival in Brazil takes place soon with amazing costumes and colours guaranteed. Ahead of the festival, a parade of dogs has also put on their best fancy dress.
It's called the Blocao carnival, with lots of dogs taking part, dressed up in costumes.
The carnival takes place on the famous Copacabana beach, but this cute pooch doesn't look too impressed to be taking part.
This dog is dressed in a mixture of Brazil flags and Minnie Mouse ears... interesting taste!
I take my hat off to this dog for its colourful costume!
This adorable dog has gone for a pink and red look, with matching shoes!
