It might be dark, but the light displays certainly give the UNESCO-listed botanical gardens a different feel.

These giant flower sculptures form part of an illuminated trail through the gardens.

This is the fifth year of the light festival at Kew Gardens with a dazzling show of laser beams, jets of light and kaleidoscopic projections.

This is the longest trail to date, which will go on until 1 January 2018.

The different light sculptures lead you around different parts of the gardens.

This magical tunnel almost looks like a passageway to another world!

These giant flowers might not smell as sweet as the real thing, but they're really eye catching!

If you're feeling particularly festive after seeing these Christmas trees, there's also a chance to visit Father Christmas there as well.
