The Queen is said to have great Pointless skills.

The Queen has captained a team on Pointless and won!

The show's host Alexander Armstrong - whose voice you might recognise as Danger Mouse - held a live version of the TV quiz show at the Women's Institute (WI) in Sandringham, and Her Majesty's team won three out of five games.

The game is won by picking the least obvious (but correct) answers to questions.

Oddly enough, if you were asked on Pointless to guess possible team captains, the Queen would probably get you a perfect score because it's that unexpected!

Pointless host Alexander Armstrong is also the voice of Danger Mouse.

Armstrong said the Queen is a bit of a fan of the show, and answered some questions herself with her 'deft, silky Pointless skills'.

Of her performance, Armstrong added, "I think Her Majesty and the team can be very pleased with themselves tonight and go back covered in glory."

The Women's Institute is an organisation designed to help women gain new skills and build their communities, and Her Majesty has been a member of her local WI since 1943.
