This amazing picture won the Photo of the Year prize. It's called the Love Heart of Nature and was taken by Jim Picot. In winter, a shark was hunting inside a school of salmon when, as they try to avoid the shark, the school shape became a heart shape.
Is that Anna, Sven and Kristoff from Frozen? No it's actually a photo of people who live in the European steppe which stretches through Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Russia and China. With temperatures of minus 30°C, winters in the Eurasian steppe can be brutal. But life doesn't stop, and local people move from one village to another with a sledge, crossing icy rivers and lakes. You can see why this photo by Alessandra Meniconzi is called Frozen Land.
Joseph Cheires took this photo called Gray Whale Plays Pushing Tourists. He says: "At the end of the gray whale season, I was told about a gray whale that, for the last three years, used to play with the boats, pushing them gently. So we went back the year after and incredibly the gray whale appeared and this shot is the result."
The Petronas Towers, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers, are twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur. This photo is called Alien Structure on Earth by Tomasz Kowalski who explains: "Sometimes we need to change the perspective to feel the strength of the structure stronger than we've ever thought."
Things don't always go to plan when you are taking photos with drones! This seagull seems to be getting annoyed with the buzzing invader! At least photographer Alvise Bagagiolo managed to get this brilliant photo!
This strange looking image is called the The Fishing Net and was taken by photographer Trung Pham Huy who added: "The fishing net during anchovy fishing season looks like a floating flower on the sea in this aerial view."
This image called Eid Prayer by Azim Khan Ronnie, shows more than 600,000 Muslims participating in South Asia's largest Eid-al-Fitr congregation at Gor-e-Shahid Boro Math in Bangladesh. The prayers began at 8:30 am with devotees coming from different parts of the region. Eid-al-Fitr is a Muslim festival of happiness celebrated all over the world.

Of his photo Flamingos at Lake Logipi, Martin Harvey says:."The early morning sun lights a scene of flamingos gathered at the edge of Lake Logipi, next to an interesting fan-like geological formation." Lake Logipi is a salty and alkaline lake that lies at the northern end of the Suguta Valley in the Rift Valley in northern Kenya, close to volcanic areas where nutrients in the water bring flamingos to feed.
