Manchester City have been crowned Premier League champions for the third time in a row.
City won the title without kicking a ball after Arsenal, who were their rivals for the trophy, lost 1-0 to Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
And they celebrated in style on Sunday, lifting the famous trophy in front of their own fans following a 1-0 win over Chelsea.
Are you a Man City fan? How will you be celebrating the win? Let us know in the comments below.
This is the fifth time Manchester City have won the Premier League in six campaigns.
Pep Guardiola's side now also have the chance to claim the Treble, external, with FA Cup and Champions League finals coming up next month.
Only City's rivals, Manchester United, have previously managed this and they'll meet at Wembley on 3 June in the FA Cup Final.
Captain Ilkay Gundogan - who has scored four goals in the past two league games - said: "The Premier League is without doubt the most demanding and competitive league in the world, so that tells you everything about what an achievement this is.
"To have won this trophy three times in a row and five times in six years is incredible. That quality and consistency helps sum up what Manchester City stand for and ensures the club will continue to strive for success going forward.
"It has been a season I will never forget."
Defender Kyle Walker added: "The treble would be fantastic but there is a lot of football to be played. To say we are up there with one of the greatest Premier League teams of all time we have to conquer some of that.
"To go and achieve that we could then start talking about being one of the greatest teams in the Premier League."
