More than 24,000 dogs have taken part in this year's Crufts
The event started on Thursday and lasts for four days. It is held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham and attracts big crowds
There were some 220 breeds of dog competing for prestigious prizes
The dogs are judged according to their agility, behaviour and looks. For athletic dogs there are competitions like flyball...
Behaviour tests where dogs have to show they can respond to commands like stay
And there are extra credits for the most well-groomed!
Dogs, like this Old English sheepdog, are split into breeds and compete in categories such as “working dogs”
There's also a very special award for hero dogs that have helped out a human companion or achieved something amazing
Hopefully, after the show ends on Sunday, the dogs will get to go home for a well earned rest
