On 5 November each year people across the UK gather for Bonfire Night.

There's often fireworks, bonfires, sparklers and toffee apples.

It's to mark the failed Gunpowder Plot of 1605, when Guy Fawkes and his conspirators tried to blow up Parliament and King James I.

This year Bonfire Night falls on a Wednesday, and while some events will be taking place on the night itself, many others are often held on other days of the week including the weekend.

Will you be attending any fireworks displays, or maybe you have some plans with friends or family? Let us know in the comments.
