Going into the match, Arsenal had a 3-0 head start after they won the first quarter-final tie last week.
But no-one was ruling out a comeback by Real Madrid, the 15-time winners, before this second round.
But, in the end, Arsenal scored two goals to seal the deal and put Madrid out.
Real scored one of their own but it wasn't nearly enough as the Gunners won the tie 5-1 on aggregate.

Saka had a penalty in the 13th minute but tried to chip the Real goalie, who was able to pull off a great save. "I tried something, but it didn't work. I was confident I was going to score tonight, " said Saka, but added "I learn in every moment."

Making up for his missed penalty, Saka scored a vital goal after 65 minutes to put Arsenal ahead.

But Madrid hit back two minutes later, with Vinicius Jr giving their fans hope of a dramatic comeback.

But despite facing constant Madrid attacks, in the end Arsenal were able to silence the famous Bernabeu Stadium with another goal. This time it was Gabriel Martinelli who broke away to score a second for the Gunners and end the contest in style.
