Meet Sherlock, he is London Fire Brigade's longest-serving fire dog - a paw-some achievement.
He joined the team at just 10 weeks old, and after 12 years of service he is retiring.
In his time in service he has attended the Grenfell Tower fire and even met royalty.
Group Commander Paul Osbourne, Sherlock's handler said: "In dog years, Sherlock is 100 years old, so it's only fitting for him to hang up his boots now and take a well-earned break."

Sherlock is trained to identify up to 10 flammable liquids, and more recently he has been working in the community to promote fire safety and prevention.
He has even won a Animal Hero Award for all his hard work over the years.

Sherlock will spend his retirement with his handler Paul Osborne
Mr Osbourne went on to say "He'll enjoy a relaxed retirement filled with naps on the sofa, his favourite walks and plenty of belly rubs."
Sherlock's duties will be passed on to two other specialist fire investigation dogs who are part of London Fire Brigade - Simba and Smokey.
Good work Sherlock, enjoy your well earned break and hopefully a treat or two!
