The celebs will pick a dance from the ones they've already learned during the series
Once the couples have danced as usual, they'll have the opportunity to score up to six more points in the Instant Dance challenge.
They'll pick a dance style at random from the ones they've learnt so far. They'll then hear the music and have just 10 seconds to decide how they'll perform.
After they've been given their dance, it's a quick dash backstage to select outfits to change into for the dance.
The judges will rank the couples, with the most impressive performance being awarded six points and the lowest ranked being awarded just one extra point.

The judges won't be using their usual scoring system - the maximum score a couple can receive is six points
Head Judge Shirley Ballas said:
"With standards so incredibly high this year and the competition so close, there's a lot resting on it.
"The dance styles, costumes and music might not be revealed until the night, but what we can be sure of right now is that it's going to be a whole lot of fun. I cannot wait."
The Instant Dance challenge will be introduced on the live show on Saturday 29 November.
