Roses rivals Yorkshire and Lancashire were involved in a thrilling tie in their FLt20 match at Headingley.
Opener Phil Jaques hit 66 not out in Yorkshire's total of 152-6, spinner Arron Lilley (1-22) impressing with the ball on his debut for the visitors.
Tom Smith (35) got Lancashire's reply off to a good start but Richard Pyrah (3-15) struck to check their progress.
Steven Croft (42 not out) only managed two runs from Ryan Sidebottom's final ball as Lancashire finished on 152-5.
Yorkshire picked up their first point of the competition, having lost their first two group matches, while the Red Rose avoided a third consecutive defeat.
