Guernsey lose grip on FA Inter-League Cup

Guernsey boss Steve Ogier refused to blame a shortage of players for his side's first round loss in the FA Inter-League Cup.
Ben Ede's goal saw Ogier's side lose 1-0 to the Devon and Exeter League.
But few of the side that won the title in May last year, external played, as they were involved with Guernsey FC.
"I think that I had a squad there good enough to go and win the game but unfortunately we fell short," Ogier told BBC Guernsey.
"It was disappointing, we didn't play particularly well.
"We had possibly too many under-par performances, and when you consider our two best players were our goalkeeper and our centre-back, that tells the story," he added.
