Colin Daniel signs new Macclesfield Town contract

Daniel scored 10 goals in 49 appearances last season

Macclesfield winger Colin Daniel has signed a one-year contract extension until the end of the 2012-13 season.

The 23-year-old initially joined the Silkmen on loan in March 2009 and signed permanently at the Moss Rose following his release by Crewe.

Daniel has turned out just five times this season because of injuries but will return to full training next week.

"It's good to have the security and knowing where I stand and where I'll be next season," he told the club website.
