Exeter City striker Richard Logan fears he may not be offered a new deal at St James Park when his current contract expires this summer.

The former Ipswich Town and Peterborough United striker has yet to score from 13 appearances this season.

"I want to show the fans that I'm not just here for my last season seeing it out," Logan, 29, told BBC Radio Devon.

"I've been here four or five years now and I want to stay here because I feel like this is my home."

Logan joined the club on a free transfer from Weymouth in January 2007 and has played nearly 200 times, scoring 42 goals.

But almost half of Logan's appearances have come from the substitutes bench and he has started just three games this season.

"If you're not playing games and you're not in the team things change quickly," he said.

"I've got to get back in the team and try and score some goals because at the end of the season it'll be tough to get a new contract because everyone's pushing on in different directions.

"I'd love to stay here but I've only got this season left and I haven't played many games this season so you always think in the back of your mind that you probably won't remain here."
