John Irving goal sends Bala into Europa League

John Irving struck two minutes from full-time for Bala Town in the Welsh Premier League's Europa League play-off final against Port Talbot Town.

The goal by ex-Everton youth defender Irving, 24, ensured the Lakesiders qualify for European football for the first time in their history.

The win also puts to rest Bala's disappointment of losing last season's play-off final to Llanelli.

Bala will go into the Europa League first qualifying round.
