East Fife complete deal for midfielder Stephen Hughes

League One outfit East Fife have signed former Aberdeen midfielder Stephen Hughes.

The 30-year-old, who left Pittodrie in the summer, could make his debut against Ayr United on Saturday.

East Fife chairman Lee Murray tweeted: "Very happy to announce that Stephen Hughes has agreed terms with the club and will be available from Saturday."

Hughes, who started his career at Rangers, also featured for Motherwell, Leicester City, Norwich and MK Dons.
