Transfer deadline day: West Brom sign Thievy Bifouma on loan

West Brom have signed 21-year-old Espanyol striker Thievy Bifouma on loan until the end of the season.

The France Under-21 international has scored three goals in 11 La Liga games so far this campaign for the Catalans.

The Baggies will pay a minimum of £410,000 for the loan.

Albion forwards Nicolas Anelka and Stephane Sessegnon are both sidelined through injury at the moment, although Anelka is expected back in training next week after a knee injury.
