Antonio Reguero is crossing the Highland divide to sign for County

Ross County have signed former Inverness CT goalkeeper Antonio Reguero.

Reguero, 31, will move to Dingwall from Scottish Premiership rivals Kilmarnock, having failed to make a first-team appearance at Rugby Park.

County manager Derek Adams told his club website he was delighted with the signing, who "knows the league well."

"He's looking forward to pre-season training and working with the rest of the squad," Adams added.

Reguero agreed a switch to Kilmarnock in April 2013 but failed to establish himself in Allan Johnston's plans.

The goalkeeper tweeted:, external "Glad to announce my club for next season. I'm going to play for @rosscountylive. Hope we can have success together during the season."

Reguero joined Inverness CT in June 2012 after being signed by then manager Terry Butcher.
