Conference side Chester have signed Bermuda goalkeeper Freddy Hall following a successful trial.

The 29-year-old spent the final two months of last season on loan at Burton but did not make a first team appearance for the League Two club.

Previously, Hall had spells with Northampton and Toronto FC in Major League Soccer.

Steve Burr's Chester side begin the new Conference season with a home game against Barnet on Saturday.
