West Bromwich Albion have completed the signing of former Celtic and Manchester City striker Georgios Samaras.
The 29-year-old Greece international has joined the Baggies on a free transfer on a two-year deal.
"We've signed a player with vast experience," said Albion manager Alan Irvine. "He has played a lot of football at the highest levels and he thrives on the big occasion."
Samaras becomes the Baggies' ninth summer signing.
He will provide competition for record signing Brown Ideye, Victor Anichebe and Saido Berahino in the striking roles at The Hawthorns.
Samaras scored 73 goals in 249 games after joining Celtic from City in 2008.
It was his penalty that secured a 2-1 victory over Ivory Coast to confirm Greece's place in the last 16 of this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
