The Bulgarian FA has condemned the seven-match ban imposed on Celtic's Aleksandar Tonev
Celtic have appealed against Aleksandar Tonev's seven-match ban for racially abusing Aberdeen's Shay Logan.
The Bulgarian winger, 24, was found guilty of "excessive misconduct" by the Scottish Football Association following an incident in Celtic's 2-1 win over Aberdeen in September.
And Celtic have now lodged their appeal with the SFA.
On Wednesday, the Bulgarian Football Association condemned the suspension imposed on Tonev.

The winger, on a season-long loan from Aston Villa, travelled with the rest of the squad for Celtic's Europa League match against Astra Giurgiu on Thursday.
His ban only applies to domestic matches and, now that an appeal has been lodged, Tonev is free to play in domestic games until the appeal is heard.
