Scott Harrison: Hartlepool United sign Sunderland defender

Harrison made six appearances for Pools during an initial loan spell last season

Hartlepool United have re-signed defender Scott Harrison from Sunderland on loan until the end of the season.

Centre-back Harrison, 20, initially joined Pools in August for a second spell and has since made 14 appearances.

He joined parent club Sunderland from Darlington in October 2012, where he played 10 first-team games.

Pools signed Mansfield striker Rakish Bingham and Reading midfielder Aaron Tshibola on Friday.
