The winner is Cristiano Ronaldo.

He scored 52 goals in 43 games, 39 with his right foot, eight with his left foot and four from headers. He scored a goal every 62 minutes in La Liga and assisted 17 goals.

Roy Hodgson voted for Javier Mascherano as number 1. The only other person to do so was Belarus coach Andrey Zygmantovich.
