Championship strugglers Millwall have signed Leicester City forward Gary Taylor-Fletcher on loan until the end of the season.

The 33-year-old previously played under Lions boss Ian Holloway at Blackpool.

Taylor-Fletcher has featured just twice for the Foxes this season and had a loan spell at Sheffield Wednesday earlier in the campaign.

"He has a really good brain and I like the way he plays," Holloway told the Millwall website., external

"He links play brilliantly and can play in any one of the four forward positions. I believe we can use his experience to our benefit."

Taylor-Fletcher, who has had spells at Leyton Orient, Lincoln and Huddersfield, joined Leicester in the summer of 2013 and scored three goals in 23 appearances as the Foxes won promotion to the Premier League last season.

He signed a new one-year deal at the King Power Stadium last May, but was omitted from Leicester's 25-man Premier League squad when the transfer window closed earlier this month.

Taylor-Fletcher is Millwall's sixth loan signing, one more than the number permitted in a Championship matchday squad.
