Fleetwood Town have signed left-back Adam Chicksen on a month's loan from Brighton & Hove Albion.
The 23-year-old has featured 10 time for Championship side Brighton this season and also played four League One matches on loan for Gillingham.
He will provide cover with Stephen Crainey suspended after he was sent off in Saturday's win against Notts County.
"We had to make a lot of phone calls to try and get him in," Fleetwood boss Graham Alexander said.
"We did a lot of work during the week to try and find a left-back with the profile of what we wanted to do. We felt Adam would fit into how we play."
Former MK Dons defender Chicksen is available to make his Fleetwood debut at Chesterfield on Saturday.
