James Wilson: Man Utd striker hits winner for England U21s

Manchester United striker James Wilson came off the bench to score the winner on his debut as England U21s beat USA U23s 1-0 in a friendly at Deepdale.
The 19-year-old tapped home a cross from Duncan Watmore in the 72nd minute.
Manager Gareth Southgate named five debutants in Thursday's starting line-up, with several players who featured in this summer's U-21s European Championship no longer eligible.
The team's qualification campaign for Euro 2017 begins in Norway on Monday.
Liverpool pair Joe Gomez and Jordon Ibe and Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli were among those also making their first starts in Preston.
As well as Wilson and Watmore, Wolves defenders Dominic Iorfa and Kortney Hause plus Brighton winger Solly March collected their first caps off the bench.
Norwich's Nathan Redmond, who is now the squad's most experienced player with 23 caps, was named man of the match after a lively performance on the wing.
England are grouped with Switzerland, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kazakhstan, as well as Norway, in Euro 2017 qualifying.
