Wales women condemned Scotland to a Six Nations Wooden Spoon as they ran-in four unanswered tries at Talbot Athletic Ground.
It gave Wales their first win of the tournament after defeats against Italy, Ireland, France and England.
All the points came in the first-half with Nia Davies, Shona Powell-Hughes, Phillipa Tuttiett and Ffion Bowen crossing for tries.
Robyn Wilkins converted one and kicked a penalty to complete the scoring.
