Moseley 10-50 Worcester: Dean Ryan's Warriors get 'job done'
- Published
Worcester Warriors boss Dean Ryan was happy with a "job well done" as his in-form side stretched their winning run to 17 matches with a comfortable 50-10 Midlands derby victory over Moseley.
Flanker Sam Betty led the way with a hat-trick at Billesley Common as Worcester scored six of their eight tries before the break.
"We knew we had to get off to a fast start," Ryan told BBC Sport.
"We've done that now for the past two weeks. And it was a job well done."
Centre Max Stelling ran in two tries, while England full-back Chris Pennell and replacement loose forward Richard de Carpentier also crossed.
Fellow centre Andy Symons claimed Worcester's other try, as well as kicking five conversions for a 15-point haul.

"We were pretty sharp in the first 20 minutes and effectively that was the game over," said Ryan.
There was also some frustration for Worcester, having again gone top of the Championship on Saturday evening, only for Bristol to return to the summit 24 hours later.
Title rivals Bristol came from 18-10 down at home to beat Yorkshire Carnegie 29-28 with a converted last-minute try at Ashton Gate on Sunday.
Nevertheless, going into this weekend's British & Irish Cup quarter-final at home to Pontypridd, Ryan is content with the Warriors' progress since their own last-gasp opening day defeat at Bristol.
"We're miles away from where we were five or six weeks ago," Ryan told BBC Hereford & Worcester. "This group's rolling along nicely now.
"We look in pretty good shape. Competition for places looks good. But it only takes one injury and everything changes, so it's all about having options."
