Ospreys: Rhys Webb says he is not motivated by try record

Ospreys and Wales scrum-half Rhys Webb says he is not motivated by records as he closes on a rugby landmark.
The 26-year-old needs one touchdown to set a new mark for league tries in a season for the Welsh region.
Webb has crossed eight times for Ospreys as well as claiming five tries for Wales this term, but says personal achievements are not his focus.
"If I did get a record and we don't win the league then it's not going to mean anything," Webb said.
"It would be nice for me personally, but it's not what I'm going to be looking for.
"We want to win, and if I score I score and if I don't it's not going to be the end of the world.
"I've just got to keep doing my bit to keep us running smoothly."
Webb has enjoyed a breakthrough season, overtaking Mike Phillips as first-choice Wales scrum-half and helping establish Ospreys as the leading Welsh region in the Pro12.
His five international tries have come in his last eight appearances for head coach Warren Gatland's side.
He is one of seven players who share the Ospreys' record of eight tries in a season - along with Ashley Beck, Tommy Bowe, Richard Fussell, Jeff Hassler, Jason Spice and Nikki Walker.
Webb puts his prolific strike rate down to "picking the right lines and choosing the right time when to do and when not to go".
"But the team comes first," he insisted.
"It would be nice, but it's not something I'm looking for. We want to win the league first."
Ospreys start their run-in to the end of the season with a visit to Treviso on Friday, followed by a game against Cardiff Blues at the Millennium Stadium, Glasgow in Swansea and finish the regular season with a trip to Galway to face Connacht on 16 May.
The top four teams will then play-off for the title, with the teams that finish first and second getting home draws in the semi-finals.
"That would be a dream scenario for us, but we're not thinking that far ahead," said forwards coach Chris Gibbes.
