Chelsea are preparing a £27m summer offer for Atletico Madrid's Diego Costa, 25, after making him their top transfer target.
Tottenham, West Ham, Fulham, Barcelona and Inter Milan are all keen on signing Charlton midfielder Diego Poyet, the 18-year-old son of Sunderland boss Gus Poyet.
Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen, 26, has two years remaining on his contract but the Belgium defender is thought to be considering his options for next season.
